OUR TEAM
Principal Designer Delyse Berry has spent more than fifteen years designing interiors and managing luxury real estate throughout the Hudson Valley. Her work is grounded in a thoughtful understanding of how people live and what makes a home feel lasting, personal, and well considered.
Caitlin Barrett, Chief Operating Officer of Upstate Down, oversees logistics and operations across the business, ensuring that projects move seamlessly from concept through completion.
Project Designer Olivia Cambalik is certified in residential interior design and supports each project through space planning, materials, furnishings, and design development with a detail oriented and collaborative approach.
